Avec plus de 77 000 logements r\u00e9nov\u00e9s pour un budget d\u2019intervention de 675,5 millions d\u2019euros, l\u2019Agence est au rendez vous des objectifs de son contrat de performance (COP).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le bilan 2015 montre une activit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s soutenue avec :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; la confirmation de la dynamique du programme Habiter Mieux ; pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive, pr\u00e8s de 50 000 logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9s. 90% des aides \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9es aux m\u00e9nages tr\u00e8s modestes. Depuis le d\u00e9but de ce programme de lutte contre la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, ce sont plus de 150 000 m\u00e9nages qui ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de ces aides \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation ;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; la progression de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de redressement des copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s en difficult\u00e9 (+ 28%) avec 17 027 logements aid\u00e9s (13 258 logements en 2014) ;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; la progression de l\u2019activit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation des logements \u00e0 la perte d\u2019autonomie de leurs occupants. Pr\u00e8s de 16 000 logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9s pour des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et des personnes handicap\u00e9es (15 123 logements en 2014) ;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; la progression de l\u2019activit\u00e9 de lutte contre l\u2019habitat indigne et d\u00e9grad\u00e9 avec 9 573 logements r\u00e9nov\u00e9s (9 150 en 2014) et 11,2M\u20ac accord\u00e9s aux ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrage publics pour des op\u00e9rations de r\u00e9sorption de l\u2019habitat insalubre (5M\u20ac en 2014) ;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; l\u2019intensification du soutien \u00e0 l\u2019humanisation des centres d\u2019h\u00e9bergement, avec 7,8 M\u20ac permettant la r\u00e9novation de 16 centres accueillant des personnes sans abri.<\/p>\n<p>Cette capacit\u00e9 d\u2019intervention pour l\u2019am\u00e9lioration du parc priv\u00e9 de logements a permis d\u2019engager un volume de travaux de 1.350 milliard d\u2019\u20acuros, soit l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de 27 000 emplois cr\u00e9\u00e9s ou pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La promotion d\u2019un habitat de qualit\u00e9 pour tous et le soutien des dynamiques territoriales et des collectivit\u00e9s qui s\u2019engagent dans des op\u00e9rations de requalification de leur habitat ancien restent en 2016 les priorit\u00e9s de l\u2019agence.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nathalie App\u00e9r\u00e9, pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019Anah et Blanche Guillemot, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 le 26 janvier le bilan de l\u2019activit\u00e9 2015 de l\u2019Agence.
