{"id":91295,"date":"2016-02-04T07:00:24","date_gmt":"2016-02-04T06:00:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/batijournal.com\/?p=91295"},"modified":"2019-07-15T12:11:15","modified_gmt":"2019-07-15T10:11:15","slug":"penser-la-ville","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/index.php\/penser-la-ville\/91295\/","title":{"rendered":"Penser la ville"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Cr\u00e9er des am\u00e9nagements urbains qui associent respect de l&rsquo;environnement, innovation sociale et geste architectural pour qualitativement transformer 23 sites de la capitale, c&rsquo;est R\u00e9inventer Paris, processus in\u00e9dit, \u00e0 la fois appel \u00e0 projets urbains et innovants (APUI) et concours international d&rsquo;architecture et d&rsquo;innovation lanc\u00e9 par la Ville en novembre 2014.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le 3 f\u00e9vrier dernier, la maire de Paris, Anne Hidalgo, en a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 les laur\u00e9ats s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par le jury compos\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9lus nationaux et d\u2019experts internationaux de tous horizons \u2013 urbanisme, innovation, biologie, architecture, histoire des religions, enseignement, recherche\u2026<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9montrant l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de la capitale sur les investisseurs fran\u00e7ais et internationaux, les 22 projets retenus repr\u00e9sentent un investissement priv\u00e9 de plus de 1,3 milliard d&rsquo;euros. \u00c0 noter\u00a0: leur mise en \u0153uvre cr\u00e9era 2 000 emplois par an, pendant un minimum de trois ans, dans le secteur du BTP.<\/p>\n<p>Les projets repr\u00e9sentent notamment plus de 26 000 m\u00b2 de nouvelles surfaces plant\u00e9es, dont une for\u00eat de \u00ab\u00a01 000 arbres\u00a0\u00bb, des jardins, de l\u2019agriculture urbaine, des toits et des murs v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9s, plus de 1 300 logements, dont la moiti\u00e9 de logements sociaux\u2026 Ils font aussi la part belle aux espaces partag\u00e9s, tels que toit-potager, activit\u00e9s mara\u00eech\u00e8res en circuit court, cuisine commune ouverte en terrasse, bureaux hyperconnect\u00e9s ou encore atelier de \u00ab\u00a0coworking\u00a0\u00bb. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la construction, la structure bois figure dans plusieurs projets, dont celui du plus haut b\u00e2timent de France \u00e0 en \u00eatre dot\u00e9 (bains douches Castagnary, 15e). Au programme \u00e9galement\u00a0: fa\u00e7ades largement vitr\u00e9es, \u00e9nergie solaire par fibre optique, photovolta\u00efque\u2026 Des mat\u00e9riaux modernes et innovants aussi, parmi lesquels le CLT (panneaux structurels en bois massif lamell\u00e9-crois\u00e9 formant murs, toitures, planchers, cages d\u2019ascenseurs, escaliers\u2026)\u00a0; ainsi, la technologie Woodeum est utilis\u00e9e sur deux des projets laur\u00e9ats \u2013 Ternes-Villiers (17e) et Pitet-Curnonsky (17e) \u2013 pour b\u00e2tir\u00a0logements, bureaux et commerces.<\/p>\n<p><b>Voici les 23 sites
