Cette mesure repr\u00e9sente un effort financier de la Ville de Paris estim\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 2M\u20ac sur la dur\u00e9e de la mandature.<\/li>\n<li>La possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une r\u00e9versibilit\u00e9 de cette transformation pendant 15 ans. Cette disposition s\u2019appuie sur une recommandation formul\u00e9e par l\u2019un des ateliers r\u00e9unis dans le cadre du Pacte \u00ab Priorit\u00e9 Logement \u00bb de juin 2014. Pendant quinze ans, un propri\u00e9taire ayant transform\u00e9 un immeuble de bureaux en logements pourra rebasculer ses locaux en bureaux sans avoir \u00e0 demander une autorisation de changement d\u2019usage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab Par ces deux mesures concr\u00e8tes, nous voulons inciter les propri\u00e9taires \u00e0 s\u2019engager dans une transformation de bureaux en logements.
