De nombreux labels multicrit\u00e8res existent pour mesurer la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents : BBC, Passivhaus, BREEAM, LEED, label b\u00e2timents bio-sourc\u00e9s\u2026 mais aucun d\u2019entre eux ne mesure uniquement et simplement les \u00e9missions de C02 g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par la construction et l\u2019exploitation d\u2019un b\u00e2timent. L\u2019objectif du label BBCA est d\u2019apporter la meilleure lisibilit\u00e9 possible de l\u2019empreinte carbone d\u2019un b\u00e2timent de sa construction \u00e0 son exploitation jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa fin de vie. Le r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel d\u2019\u00e9valuation prend en compte 4 volets : la construction raisonn\u00e9e, l\u2019exploitation ma\u00eetris\u00e9e, le stockage temporaire du carbone dans le b\u00e2timent et le recyclage, le r\u00e9emploi ainsi que la valorisation d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Un score unique est calcul\u00e9 pour obtenir le label BBCA.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u00ab 1 m\u00b2 de b\u00e2timent neuf, c&rsquo;est environ 1 tonne de carbone \u00e9mis ! La r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions li\u00e9es au secteur de la construction est l&rsquo;une des cl\u00e9s de la ma\u00eetrise du changement climatique. Les m\u00e9thodes et les technologies existent aujourd&rsquo;hui pour diviser par 2 cette empreinte carbone !
