Agrandir l&rsquo;espace est devenu une priorit\u00e9. Mais comment envisager la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux espaces sans visibilit\u00e9 sur le long terme ? Les extensions modulaires se sont impos\u00e9es comme une alternative pour optimiser provisoirement l&rsquo;espace de travail.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La praticit\u00e9, premier crit\u00e8re<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Surveiller et entretenir les quelque 33 000 km constituant le r\u00e9seau ferroviaire fran\u00e7ais n\u00e9cessite un maximum d&rsquo;organisation. Le service Maintenance et Travaux de la SNCF n\u00e9cessitait une extension pour accueillir des services suppl\u00e9mentaires. Deux espaces modulaires con\u00e7us par Algeco\u00a0ont\u00a0permis un gain de 1 340 m2 suppl\u00e9mentaires. Le charg\u00e9 de mission, Jean-Philippe Jupin d\u00e9crit le modulaire comme une option alliant flexibilit\u00e9, \u00e9conomie et rapidit\u00e9. Le choix du constructeur s&rsquo;est fait par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ad\u00e9quation de l&rsquo;offre aux besoins r\u00e9els de l&rsquo;entreprise : du haut de gamme optimis\u00e9 pour un usage professionnel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Des extensions polyvalentes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le premier espace suppl\u00e9mentaire, qui compte un \u00e9tage, offre une surface totale de 800 m2, enti\u00e8rement allou\u00e9e aux bureaux. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place en juillet gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un ensemble de 46 modules de la gamme Advance+. Le second, install\u00e9 en septembre, dispose d&rsquo;un rez-de-chauss\u00e9e de 270 m2 utilis\u00e9 comme bureaux. L&rsquo;\u00e9tage de m\u00eame superficie a \u00e9t\u00e9 ajout\u00e9 en novembre afin que le service Maintenance et Travaux dispose de salles d\u00e9di\u00e9es aux r\u00e9unions et aux r\u00e9ceptions. Plus r\u00e9cemment, en janvier, une terrasse a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enti\u00e8rement \u00e9quip\u00e9s \u00e0 la livraison<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La SNCF n&rsquo;a pas sollicit\u00e9 Algeco pour l&rsquo;installation des extensions modulaires\u00a0uniquement, mais aussi pour leurs am\u00e9nagements. \u00c0 la livraison, les modules \u00e9taient meubl\u00e9s. Les rev\u00eatements des murs et des sols, la pose des cloisons et des syst\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, le syst\u00e8me de climatisation ont ainsi \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9s au constructeur. En outre, les offres Algeco D\u00e9co et Eau d&rsquo;Algeco sont parties pour constituer\u00a0des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences dans le domaine de la personnalisation d&rsquo;espace modulaire. Le contrat initial est bas\u00e9 sur une dur\u00e9e de deux\u00a0ans, mais, selon Jean-Philippe Jupin, un renouvellement est envisageable si cela s&rsquo;av\u00e8re n\u00e9cessaire.
