Il concerne la construction d\u2019un programme r\u00e9sidentiel de 109 logements locatifs 100% sociaux dont 27 maisons interm\u00e9diaires et individuelles et 82 logements collectifs r\u00e9partis dans 5 b\u00e2timents sur un terrain de 2 hectares, dans l\u2019\u00e9co-quartier du Sycomore \u00e0 Bussy Saint-Georges. C&rsquo;est une premi\u00e8re en France.<\/p>\n<p>La Ville de Bussy a souhait\u00e9 utiliser cet outil num\u00e9rique afin d\u2019apporter toutes les garanties d\u2019une meilleure coh\u00e9rence dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration des projets du Sycomore. Le BIM permet une visualisation du projet dans sa globalit\u00e9 et dans les d\u00e9tails. Toutes les coupes et visions sont possibles avec une maquette 3D examinable \u00e0 360\u00b0. La conformit\u00e9 technique et r\u00e9glementaire du projet peut \u00eatre v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e instantan\u00e9ment permettant de r\u00e9duire le temps d\u2019instruction. Son usage n\u00e9cessite une forte coop\u00e9ration entre les acteurs de la construction. Il permet de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des exigences techniques, r\u00e9glementaires et environnementales en ma\u00eetrisant les co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p>Le ma\u00eetre d\u2019oeuvre de l\u2019op\u00e9ration, Fran\u00e7ois Pelegrin, est d\u00e9j\u00e0 reconnu pour son implication dans le domaine des maquettes num\u00e9riques. L\u2019entreprise COREDIF et le Bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes CET font \u00e9galement partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipe projet.
