L\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019un crit\u00e8re de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique comme l\u2019une des conditions \u00e0 respecter pour qu\u2019un propri\u00e9taire puisse louer son bien doit permettre de limiter la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.
