Le nombre de vendeur, en forte hausse, passe de 2 \u00e0 2,5 millions entre le premier et le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre 2016. La baisse enray\u00e9e des prix les a certainement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 ne plus attendre et \u00e0 mettre en vente leur bien. Ce trimestre est marqu\u00e9 par une offre et une demande \u00e9lev\u00e9es avec un rapport de force relativement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 entre acheteurs et vendeurs. Si en 2016 le volume des transactions pourrait rattraper les niveaux atteints en 2010, l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit des candidats \u00e0 l\u2019accession immobili\u00e8re n\u2019est plus le m\u00eame. <em>\u00ab En 2010, les acheteurs immobiliers \u00e9taient pris dans une spirale des prix, essayant de devenir propri\u00e9taires avant qu\u2019il ne soit trop tard.
