Un nouveau d\u00e9cret d\u2019application pr\u00e9cise les crit\u00e8res et les caract\u00e9ristiques que les b\u00e2timents doivent respecter pour pouvoir b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un tel bonus.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne l\u2019exemplarit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique : le b\u00e2timent doit pr\u00e9senter une consommation conventionnelle d\u2019\u00e9nergie inf\u00e9rieure au moins de 20 % \u00e0 celle demand\u00e9e par la r\u00e9glementation thermique applicables aux constructions neuves (RT2012).<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne l\u2019exemplarit\u00e9 environnementale : le b\u00e2timent doit pr\u00e9senter des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 un seuil sur l\u2019ensemble de son cycle de vie (construction et exploitation du b\u00e2timent). La construction doit aussi respecter des caract\u00e9ristiques minimales concernant la valorisation des d\u00e9chets de chantier, le recours aux mat\u00e9riaux biosourc\u00e9s, la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air int\u00e9rieur avec l\u2019emploi de mat\u00e9riaux faiblement \u00e9missifs en compos\u00e9s organiques volatils et la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019installations de ventilation performantes.<\/p>\n<p>En ce qui concerne les b\u00e2timents \u00e0 \u00e9nergie positive : le b\u00e2timent doit maximiser l\u2019utilisation d\u2019\u00e9nergies renouvelables locales pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ses besoins (chauffage au bois, eau chaude solaire, r\u00e9seau de chaleur renouvelable) et compenser sa consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie non renouvelable par celle qu\u2019il peut produire (panneaux photovolta\u00efques), en tenant compte de l\u2019ensemble des consommations du b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Afin d\u2019inciter les ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrage \u00e0 construire des b\u00e2timents \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie et \u00e0 faible impact environnemental et climatique, l\u2019article 8 de la loi de transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pour la croissance verte pr\u00e9voit la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019obtenir un bonus de constructibilit\u00e9 pour ce type de b\u00e2timents.
