L\u2019architecte Christophe Fournier a propos\u00e9 au bailleur des habitats R+1 conjuguant performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et \u00e9conomies. Ecomac Construction, l\u2019entreprise g\u00e9n\u00e9rale en charge du chantier, a propos\u00e9 le bloc de coffrage isolant EUROMAC 2 pour la construction de plus de 2 000 m2 de murs. Les blocs coffrants isolants de 30 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur (4,5 cm d\u2019isolant int\u00e9rieur, 9,5 cm de polystyr\u00e8ne expans\u00e9 et 16 cm de voile de b\u00e9ton) ont permis d&rsquo;atteindre une performance THPE et de r\u00e9duire de 20 % la consommation maximale. Les parois int\u00e9rieures et ext\u00e9rieures permettent de r\u00e9guler l\u2019inertie thermique (maximale &gt; 2 400 kJ \/ M3C\u00b0) du b\u00e9ton coul\u00e9 dans le bloc pour un confort imm\u00e9diat, une diffusion douce et une faible variation de la temp\u00e9rature.
