Elles permettent \u00e9galement de surveiller les \u00e9quipements critiques : fuite de plomberie, humidit\u00e9, vibrations, temp\u00e9ratures\u2026 Des capteurs intelligents, fix\u00e9s sur les \u00e9quipements critiques, apportent aux gestionnaires de parc immobilier une meilleure visibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tat des immeubles. Les syst\u00e8mes communiquent directement avec le personnel de maintenance, permettant ainsi au bailleur de gagner du temps, de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais en cas d\u2019urgence et de pr\u00e9venir d\u2019\u00e9ventuels incidents. Il peut r\u00e9duire la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre sur site de 40 %. Les r\u00e9sidents cherchent \u00e0 mieux contr\u00f4ler leur consommation pour le chauffage. Aareon France, en collaboration avec ista, propose des solutions durables pour \u00e9conomiser les ressources dans l\u2019habitat collectif. Le locataire et l\u2019agent de proximit\u00e9 sont alert\u00e9s en cas de fuite d\u2019eau ou de surconsommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Cette solution permet de raccourcir les d\u00e9lais d\u2019intervention et de contr\u00f4ler les usages \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques.<\/p>\n<p>Un portail de proximit\u00e9 permet de mettre directement en relation les gestionnaires, qu\u2019ils soient gardiens, agents techniques, gestionnaires d\u2019immeubles\u2026 et les locataires. Disponible pour les collaborateurs en situation de mobilit\u00e9, sur tablette mais \u00e9galement pour leurs managers afin de piloter leur activit\u00e9. Il permet de traiter \u00e0 partir d\u2019un m\u00eame m\u00e9dia les sollicitations des locataires et d\u2019int\u00e9grer les probl\u00e9matiques de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de pilotage des \u00e9quipements.
