Batijournal a utilis\u00e9 les chiffres que l&rsquo;INSEE a publi\u00e9 depuis 25 ans pour avoir une vue exacte de l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la construction de maisons.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000, la production annuelle de logements individuels purs tournait aux alentours de <strong>175 000, elle a connu une forte croissance pour atteindre 203 000 en 2006<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La tendance a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s&rsquo;inverser dans le seconde moiti\u00e9 de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2007 pour atteindre un <strong>point bas de 127 100<\/strong> logements individuels annuels d\u00e9but 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Les diverses incitations et aides ont pu provoquer une nouvelle croissance qui a permis d&rsquo;atteindre un nombre de <strong>160 800 maisons \u00e0 la mi 2011.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce pic a \u00e9t\u00e9 suivi d&rsquo;une r\u00e9gression r\u00e9guli\u00e8re pour friser le <strong>faible nombre de 100 000 logements annuels en 2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui la courbe amorce une l\u00e9g\u00e8re remont\u00e9e, mais la production annuelle de logements individuels purs qui atteint 102 700 reste dans les quantit\u00e9s les plus basses depuis 25 ans.
