Deux logements lorrains ont fait l&rsquo;objet de deux attaques diff\u00e9rentes de ce champignon : l&rsquo;une sur une plinthe d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 vivre et l&rsquo;autre dans l&rsquo;obscurit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une cave d&rsquo;une maison inhabit\u00e9e. Les \u00e9quipes d&rsquo;applicateurs professionnels de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 vosgienne AUBRIAT ont commenc\u00e9 par d\u00e9cr\u00e9pir les murs int\u00e9rieurs afin de prendre toute la mesure de l&rsquo;attaque fongique ; les dalles en b\u00e9ton \u00e9tant \u00e9galement assaillies et infest\u00e9es, il a alors fallu les d\u00e9molir. Les pi\u00e8ces de bois de la zone concern\u00e9e ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sond\u00e9es par b\u00fbchage. Cette solution est une \u00e9mulsion concentr\u00e9e, incolore, en phase aqueuse, \u00e0 diluer avec de l&rsquo;eau. Une fois appliqu\u00e9e, elle forme une barri\u00e8re emp\u00eachant la reprise d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9veloppement de la m\u00e9rule au contact du mat\u00e9riau bois, limitant ainsi sa propagation.
