Le Groupe a nou\u00e9 un partenariat avec la start-up fran\u00e7aise XtreeE, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes d\u2019impression 3D \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle. Cette collaboration a permis la commercialisation, pour la premi\u00e8re fois en Europe, d\u2019un \u00e9l\u00e9ment structurel en b\u00e9ton r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec une imprimante 3D.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019impression de structures en 3D, une r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique de l\u2019industrie de la construction, permet de cr\u00e9er des structures \u00e0 g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe, \u00e0 des co\u00fbts raisonnables et dans des d\u00e9lais de fabrication plus rapides que les techniques traditionnelles. LafargeHolcim a identifi\u00e9 trois march\u00e9s potentiels : l\u2019architecture \u00e0 haute valeur ajout\u00e9e, la construction individuelle de logements abordables et la construction robotis\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son centre de recherche de L\u2019Isle d\u2019Abeau pr\u00e8s de Lyon, l&rsquo;industriel\u00a0a mis en \u0153uvre son expertise scientifique et technologique afin de concevoir une gamme de b\u00e9tons exp\u00e9rimentaux adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019impression 3D.<\/p>\n<p>Il\u00a0a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 et fourni les mat\u00e9riaux adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de deux structures imprim\u00e9es en 3D :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un poteau structurel imprim\u00e9 par XtreeE et assembl\u00e9 par Fehr Architectural, de 4 m\u00e8tres de haut qui vient soutenir le pr\u00e9au d\u2019un coll\u00e8ge d\u2019Aix-en-Provence. Il s\u2019agit du premier \u00e9l\u00e9ment structurel imprim\u00e9 en 3D commercialis\u00e9 en Europe<\/li>\n<li>Un pavillon d\u2019un design r\u00e9volutionnaire, r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un projet collaboratif entre XtreeE, Dassault Syst\u00e8mes, ABB et LafargeHolcim<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"left\">Le pavillon XtreeE a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9 \u00a0au si\u00e8ge de Dassault Syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 V\u00e9lizy-Villacoublay. Innovant, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 inspir\u00e9 par des formes que l\u2019on trouve dans la nature. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en utilisant des logiciels 3D . Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 produit en fabrication additive \u00e0 l\u2019aide du robot industriel d\u2019ABB, le\u00a0IRB8700, ainsi qu\u2019un b\u00e9ton exp\u00e9rimental d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par LafargeHolcim R&amp;D, bas\u00e9 sur le b\u00e9ton fibr\u00e9 \u00e0 ultra-hautes performances Ductal\u00ae.
