{"id":93775,"date":"2016-09-27T08:17:56","date_gmt":"2016-09-27T06:17:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/batijournal.com\/?p=93775"},"modified":"2019-07-15T12:23:39","modified_gmt":"2019-07-15T10:23:39","slug":"budget-triple-filiere-foret-bois","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/index.php\/budget-triple-filiere-foret-bois\/93775\/","title":{"rendered":"Budget tripl\u00e9 pour la fili\u00e8re for\u00eat-bois"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>St\u00e9phane Le Foll, ministre de l\u2019Agriculture, de l\u2019Agroalimentaire et de la For\u00eat, a annonc\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du colloque \u00ab Pour un essor de la fili\u00e8re for\u00eat-bois \u00bb, organis\u00e9 au S\u00e9nat par l\u2019Association fran\u00e7aise des eaux et des for\u00eats (AFEF), de nouveaux moyens pour la fili\u00e8re afin que les r\u00e9sultats soient \u00e0 la hauteur de l\u2019ambition que le ministre, avec ses coll\u00e8gues du gouvernement, a pour cette fili\u00e8re d\u2019excellence, g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice de valeur ajout\u00e9e et d\u2019emplois sur l\u2019ensemble de nos territoires.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, apr\u00e8s avoir cr\u00e9\u00e9 au sein du budget du minist\u00e8re en 2014 un fonds strat\u00e9gique de la for\u00eat et du bois, le ministre a annonc\u00e9 que le budget 2017 de ce fonds serait quasiment tripl\u00e9 en \u00e9tant port\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 28 M d\u2019euros. Ces moyens suppl\u00e9mentaires sur le budget du minist\u00e8re doivent servir d\u2019effet levier pour atteindre, avec les autres co-financeurs (Europe, r\u00e9gions, fonds priv\u00e9s, BPI, BEI\u2026) la cible de 100 M d\u2019euros, objectif qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9 en janvier par St\u00e9phane Le Foll lors d\u2019une audition au S\u00e9nat sur la politique foresti\u00e8re. Le ministre a \u00e9galement annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019il pr\u00e9siderait cet automne une \u00ab Conf\u00e9rence des financeurs \u00bb afin de d\u00e9cliner les priorit\u00e9s d\u2019intervention du Fonds strat\u00e9gique For\u00eat-bois pour 2017 et de pr\u00e9parer un appel \u00e0 projet \u00ab investissement et innovation \u00bb qui sera lanc\u00e9 d\u2019ici la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, St\u00e9phane Le Foll a rappel\u00e9 son attachement \u00e0 une approche plus collective du d\u00e9veloppement de la gestion durable des for\u00eats, au travers des groupements d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e9conomique et environnemental forestier (GIEEF) cr\u00e9\u00e9s par la loi d\u2019avenir.
