Un million de tonnes, soit environ 500 000 m\u00e8tres cubes, de terres excav\u00e9es sur le chantier de la ligne 16 du Grand Paris Express seront affect\u00e9s au remodelage et \u00e0 la mise en forme du site actuellement en friche du \u00ab Sempin \u00bb sur les communes de Chelles et de Montfermeil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce partenariat illustre la strat\u00e9gie mise en \u0153uvre par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Grand Paris pour g\u00e9rer les 43 millions de tonnes de d\u00e9blais qui seront g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par les chantiers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les d\u00e9blais utilis\u00e9s pour l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du parc seront extraits \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate, depuis le puits d\u2019entr\u00e9e du tunnelier situ\u00e9 sur la commune de Chelles, pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019objectif de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Grand Paris de privil\u00e9gier les circuits courts.<\/li>\n<li>Les d\u00e9blais seront caract\u00e9ris\u00e9s sur le centre de tri, install\u00e9 \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du chantier. Les informations sur les d\u00e9blais livr\u00e9s \u00e0 la SAFER seront communiqu\u00e9es en toute transparence, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019outil de tra\u00e7abilit\u00e9 mis en place par la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Grand Paris sur l\u2019ensemble du r\u00e9seau. Cet outil, d\u00e9j\u00e0 op\u00e9rationnel sur le chantier de Fort d\u2019Issy-Vanves-Clamart, permet de conna\u00eetre avec pr\u00e9cision les origines, la qualit\u00e9 et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de tous les types de d\u00e9blais et, ainsi, de faciliter les op\u00e9rations de valorisation.<\/li>\n<li>Le partenariat avec la SAFER permet \u00e0 la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Grand Paris de r\u00e9utiliser un million de tonnes de d\u00e9blais. Cela concourt \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de son engagement de valorisation de 70 % des terres excav\u00e9es sur les chantiers du Grand Paris Express.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le calendrier pr\u00e9visionnel de r\u00e9alisation du parc urbain est compatible avec celui de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Grand Paris. Le creusement du tron\u00e7on entre Chelles et Aulnay-sous-Bois d\u00e9butera au premier trimestre 2019.
