La principale difficult\u00e9 sur cet \u00e9difice de g\u00e9nie civil a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019assurer des cadences dignes du b\u00e2timent. Moderne et habill\u00e9 de lamelles m\u00e9talliques, le parking de 3 \u00e9tages comprend 4 planchers \u00e0 inertie variable de 52 cm. Organis\u00e9 en escargot, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u par le cabinet d\u2019architecture SCAU, avec comme ma\u00eetres-mots fonctionnalit\u00e9 et accessibilit\u00e9. L\u2019ouvrage privil\u00e9gie une sensation d\u2019espace. 12 000 m3 de b\u00e9ton ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires dont 9 000 pour les planchers et 3 000 pour les poteaux et fondations. 1 000 tonnes d\u2019acier ont assur\u00e9 le ferraillage, chaque plot en comprenant 17 tonnes.<\/p>\n<p>A la demande de SCAU, CEMEX a fourni un b\u00e9ton \u00e0 base de 30 % de laitier obtenu avec les r\u00e9sidus broy\u00e9s des hauts fourneaux. \u00c0 la cl\u00e9, plusieurs avantages : la qualit\u00e9 esth\u00e9tique d\u2019un b\u00e9ton clair bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans le paysage et l\u2019aspect \u00e9co-responsable d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau bas en carbone qui limite la consommation de CO2. <em>\u00ab C\u2019est aussi un b\u00e9ton tr\u00e8s performant \u00bb<\/em> affirme Baptiste Devesa, ing\u00e9nieur travaux de L\u00e9on Grosse. D\u2019une classe C30-37, le mat\u00e9riau offre un niveau de r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9. En termes de volume, les besoins du chantier ont \u00e9t\u00e9 importants. 16 coulages par niveau ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en rotation sur les plots. Le coulage de chaque plot de 400 m3 a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 \u00e0 intervalle de 4 jours.
