Les int\u00e9r\u00eats sont pris en charge par l\u2019Etat. L\u2019isolation thermique des toitures et des fa\u00e7ades et le changement des menuiseries permettront de r\u00e9aliser des \u00e9conomies sur la facture \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique qui permettent de couvrir 60% des charges du pr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Eco PTZ copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s permet de financer des travaux d\u2019\u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie sur les parties communes de la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9 ou des travaux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat collectif sur les parties privatives. Il peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour financer une action unique. Il peut \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par un Eco-PTZ individuel pour financer d\u2019autres travaux que ceux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par la copropri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>On compte en France 700 000 copropri\u00e9t\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentant un total de plus de 7 millions de logements, soit 2\/3 du parc collectif dont plus des 3\/4 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construites avant 1949.
