Ses cinq arches, \u00e9largies en 1936, supportent aujourd\u2019hui des axes routiers (boulevard des mar\u00e9chaux) et ferr\u00e9s. La partie la plus ancienne vient de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un confortement en deux phases : forage\/injection des piles existantes pour comblement des cavit\u00e9s en coulis (Spie Fondations), puis ceinturage et cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un massif autour des fondations existantes (ETPO\/CEMEX). Soumis \u00e0 des contraintes de navigation fluviale, ce chantier sur huit demi-piles de pont, innovant par ses coffrages en palplanches PVC recyclable, a \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9quenc\u00e9 en quatre phases de coul\u00e9es. La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une but\u00e9e sous eaux (0,70 m), deux injections sur 1,25 m puis 0,70 m, avant la reconstitution d\u2019un entablement immerg\u00e9, plan et rec\u00e9p\u00e9. Le b\u00e9ton, 1 020 m3 de CXB Hydrob\u00e9ton fourni\/pomp\u00e9, a exig\u00e9 une formule comp\u00e9titive, r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 une double sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 : pr\u00e9vention du d\u00e9lavage en milieu aqueux et circuit de pompage complexe (nombreux coudes \u00e0 d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 sur 200 m d\u2019installations fixes, sous 200 bars de pression, et pompes-fl\u00e8ches pour les piles accessibles sans barge). Ce chantier a pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier, pour \u00e9viter tout figeage ou s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation du b\u00e9ton dans le circuit de pompage, de la proximit\u00e9 des unit\u00e9s de production CEMEX d\u2019Ivry-sur-Seine et de Tolbiac, sollicit\u00e9es pour des coulages matin et apr\u00e8s-midi, parfois lors d\u2019\u00e9pisodes caniculaires.
