Alternative \u00e0 la VMC, il\u00a0repose sur l\u2019utilisation des vents dominants, en fonction de l\u2019emplacement g\u00e9ographique et sur le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de renouvellement d\u2019air par ascension de l\u2019air chaud vici\u00e9. Le rafra\u00eechissement d\u2019air s\u2019effectue en journ\u00e9e ou pendant la nuit. Quelle que soit la direction du vent, la tourelle double flux capte l\u2019air neuf via un syst\u00e8me d\u2019ailettes. L\u2019air est ensuite achemin\u00e9 par un conduit, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 une grille de diffusion au plafond, cr\u00e9ant un mouvement circulaire dans la salle. Le mouvement \u00e9vacue l\u2019air chaud vici\u00e9 vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Ce syst\u00e8me dispose d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9gulation intelligent selon le niveau de CO2, la pluie et la temp\u00e9rature ext\u00e9rieure. L\u2019efficacit\u00e9 est prouv\u00e9e m\u00eame avec un vent faible de 5 m\/s.
