Dans le secteur de la construction qui devrait poursuivre son redressement, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 11 100 recrutements de cadres sont attendus selon l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se la plus favorable (10 000 pour la plus basse). L\u2019activit\u00e9 du secteur est repartie \u00e0 la hausse en 2016 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la mise en chantier de nouvelles autoroutes sur le r\u00e9seau national, l\u2019augmentation des permis de construire, la bonne orientation de la construction de logements neufs mais aussi les chantiers li\u00e9s au Grand Paris. Ce sont les cadres ayant acquis de 1 \u00e0 10 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience qui demeureraient les plus recherch\u00e9s par les recruteurs, repr\u00e9sentant 57% du volume total.
