Avec 130 316 logements sociaux financ\u00e9s dans toute la France, la production a atteint un niveau historique. Le nombre de logements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ou financ\u00e9s dans les communes d\u00e9ficitaires au titre de la loi entre 2014 et 2016 est en nette augmentation. 75% des logements financ\u00e9s se situent dans les zones tendues, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 les besoins sont les plus importants. 28% des logements sociaux financ\u00e9s sont destin\u00e9s aux m\u00e9nages tr\u00e8s modestes. Leur part dans le total des logements sociaux programm\u00e9s dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e est ainsi en hausse de 24% par rapport \u00e0 2015. L\u2019objectif triennal de production de 174 000 logements sociaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint et m\u00eame d\u00e9pass\u00e9 : 187 425 logement sociaux nouveaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s ou financ\u00e9s dans les communes d\u00e9ficitaires.
