Le co\u00fbt moyen par logement r\u00e9nov\u00e9 est de 32 500 \u20ac. Les travaux entrepris, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet \u00e9co-pr\u00eat, procurent un gain \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique moyen de 56 %. Les op\u00e9rations de r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, d\u2019un montant de 2,6 milliards d\u2019euros, toute taxe comprise, ont contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 maintenir ou \u00e0 cr\u00e9er plus de 3 000 emplois dans le secteur du b\u00e2timent.
