En un an, d&rsquo;avril 2016 \u00e0 mars 2017, 465 100 logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 la construction, soit une augmentation de 14,5 % par rapport au cumul des douze mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. Sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, 393 400 logements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en chantier, soit une progression de 15,5 %.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au cours du 1er trimestre 2017, le nombre de logements autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 la construction augmente de 1,8 % par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Apr\u00e8s une hausse de 5,6 % au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, les logements individuels progressent de 8,4 % au 1er trimestre 2017. Les autorisations de logements individuels purs sont toujours plus dynamiques (+ 17,0 %) que celles des logements individuels group\u00e9s (+ 5,7 %). Le nombre de logements individuels mis en chantier augmente de 10,3 %. Comme pour les autorisations, les mises en chantier dans l&rsquo;individuel pur (+ 12,0 %) sont plus dynamiques que dans l&rsquo;individuel group\u00e9 (+ 5,5 %).<\/p>\n<p>Cumul\u00e9es sur douze mois, d&rsquo;avril 2016 \u00e0 mars 2017, les autorisations de logements collectifs y compris en r\u00e9sidence \u00e9voluent de + 14,9 % par rapport aux douze mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents. La croissance des logements ordinaires collectifs (+ 16,3 %) est plus dynamique que celle des logements en r\u00e9sidence (+ 5,9 %). Les mises en chantier de logements collectifs sont en forte progression (+ 19,2 %), tout comme celles des logements en r\u00e9sidence (+ 18,0 %).
