Xella a obtenu la certification Pro Perm\u00e9a d\u00e9cern\u00e9e par C\u00e9quami pour une dur\u00e9e de 2 ans. Cette certification permet d\u2019atteindre une valeur de perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation pour les solutions Ytong. Le r\u00f4le de Xella, \u00e0 travers cette d\u00e9marche de qualit\u00e9, est de v\u00e9rifier, pour le compte du ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage, que tout soit mis en \u0153uvre pour respecter les exigences concernant la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air des b\u00e2timents, d\u00e8s la conception et tout au long du chantier.\u200b Cette certification vient garantir les valeurs de perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air. Le niveau maximal d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air des b\u00e2timents est fix\u00e9 par la RT2012 \u00e0 1 m3\/h\/m2, pour les b\u00e2timents collectifs. Ainsi, Xella respecte et d\u00e9passe les exigences r\u00e9glementaires avec des valeurs de perm\u00e9abliti\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air garanties inf\u00e9rieures ou \u00e9gales \u00e0 0.6 ou 0.8 m3\/h\/m\u00b2 (ITI ou ITE\/ITR). 0,6 m3\/h\/m2 en isolation ITI soit un gain de 40 % par rapport \u00e0 la RT 2012. Une valeur obtenue gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la d\u00e9marche qualit\u00e9 Xella sur 112 logements.<\/p>\n
