La maison de 110 m2 est en ossature bois isol\u00e9e en laine de roche avec des compl\u00e9ments d\u2019isolation \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur pour un total de 40 cm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur. La dalle du plancher bas comporte un isolant de 5 cm entre la chape et la dalle auquel s\u2019ajoutent 20 cm suppl\u00e9mentaires en sous face de dalle. Les baies sont \u00e0 triple vitrage avec remplissage argon et deux films faible \u00e9missivit\u00e9.
