Les futurs acqu\u00e9reurs sont majoritaires \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir une remont\u00e9e des prix dans les 6 prochains mois. Ainsi, quasiment la moiti\u00e9 table sur une hausse de la valeur immobili\u00e8re dans les prochains mois. La concentration de la demande sur les grandes agglom\u00e9rations est au c\u0153ur du probl\u00e8me de la surchauffe des prix immobiliers.<\/p>\n<p>71% des porteurs de projets cherchent un bien immobilier dans, ou autour, d\u2019une grande agglom\u00e9ration. Pour y rem\u00e9dier, l\u2019Observatoire propose de d\u00e9velopper l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des territoires impliquant l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des cadres de vie, la cr\u00e9ation de bassins d\u2019emplois, d\u2019\u00e9coles, l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du territoire et le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles infrastructures. 73% des porteurs d\u2019un projet d\u2019achat sont d\u2019accord avec cette approche et pensent qu\u2019elle pourrait \u00eatre la r\u00e9ponse pour d\u00e9sengorger les grandes agglom\u00e9rations et faire baisser les prix immobiliers. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 (55%) s\u2019estiment m\u00eame pr\u00eats \u00e0 s\u2019orienter vers ces nouveaux territoires dans le cadre de leur projet d\u2019achat. Les conditions \u00e9mises pour franchir le pas sont un bon r\u00e9seau de transports, un bassin d\u2019emploi, un acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation et la sant\u00e9, la proximit\u00e9 des commerces et enfin et bien s\u00fbr, des prix immobiliers attractifs. Ces nouveaux territoires attirent tout particuli\u00e8rement un profil d\u2019acqu\u00e9reurs tr\u00e8s sensible \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des prix immobiliers.
