Rassembl\u00e9es autour de leur pr\u00e9sidente, Val\u00e9rie Fournier, les 230 Esh ont c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 les 90 ans d\u2019histoire de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 leur bilan 2016. Elle ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 15% de la production de logement neuf 2016. Les mises en chantier de construction locative ont \u00e9t\u00e9 en hausse de 9% par rapport \u00e0 2015. Le parc locatif a augment\u00e9 de 2,4 millions de logements. La dynamique sur l\u2019accession sociale s&rsquo;est poursuivi avec 3.090 logements commercialis\u00e9s, dont 1.980 en location-accession et 1.110 en Vefa. La vacance a baiss\u00e9 l\u00e9g\u00e8rement (3,8% vs 3,9% en 2015) ainsi que la la mobilit\u00e9 (9,7% vs. 10% en 2015). \u00ab Les Esh prennent pleinement leur place d\u2019acteurs cl\u00e9 de la relance.
