Cette r\u00e9partition s\u2019explique par les moyens plus importants du secteur priv\u00e9, ainsi que le besoin plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de se diff\u00e9rencier sur le march\u00e9. La r\u00e9partition n\u2019a pas \u00e9volu\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 2015.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les bureaux neufs repr\u00e9sentent encore la majorit\u00e9 des certificats, suivi par l\u2019enseignement neuf et les plateformes logistiques neuves : 3 secteurs porteurs depuis le lancement des r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels HQE. Cette ann\u00e9e, la part des bureaux neufs a baiss\u00e9 au profit de la cat\u00e9gorie Autres (notamment spectacle neuf, transport neuf).<br \/>\nLa certification NF HQE dans sa derni\u00e8re \u00e9volution permet effectivement de prendre en compte de fa\u00e7on plus simple et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e les \u00ab autres types \u00bb de b\u00e2timents.
