{"id":96483,"date":"2017-07-12T16:24:57","date_gmt":"2017-07-12T14:24:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/batijournal.com\/?p=96483"},"modified":"2019-07-15T11:27:15","modified_gmt":"2019-07-15T09:27:15","slug":"reconversion-de-grande-halle-de-gerland","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/index.php\/reconversion-de-grande-halle-de-gerland\/96483\/","title":{"rendered":"Reconversion de la Grande Halle de Gerland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La tuile HP 10 Huguenot d&rsquo;Imerys Toiture a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue dans le cadre de la reconversion de la Grande Halle de Gerland qui accueille les nouveaux bureaux d&rsquo;EDF auparavant situ\u00e9s \u00e0 Villeurbanne.<\/p>\n<p>La conception de ce nouvel immeuble tertiaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9e \u00e0 D3 Architectes et \u00e0 l&rsquo;agence Reichen Robert &amp; Associ\u00e9s qui ont imagin\u00e9 un ensemble homog\u00e8ne respectant le patrimoine industriel de la Halle estampill\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0b\u00e2timent historique \u00e0 pr\u00e9server\u00a0\u00bb par la ville de Lyon.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;ensemble s&rsquo;\u00e9tend donc sur une surface totale de 21 360m2 et se compose de trois b\u00e2timents r\u00e9unis dont la Grande Halle constitue le coeur.<\/p>\n<p>Imerys Toiture par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire de l&rsquo;entreprise Vaganay en charge du lot charpente bois \/ couverture a prescrit l&rsquo;utilisation de diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les de tuiles.
