Pour le Conseil G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, \u00e0 la fois ma\u00eetre d\u2019ouvrage et ma\u00eetre d\u2019\u0153uvre, il \u00e9tait important de concevoir ces deux ouvrages dans la modernit\u00e9. Le choix du b\u00e9ton luminescent, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une forme design, donne une nouvelle dimension \u00e0 ces ouvrages d\u2019art qui, la nuit, deviennent des marqueurs visuels. Ils totalisent 172 ml de corniches en b\u00e9ton poli phosphorescent r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par Cibetec. Ils sont constitu\u00e9s de 72 \u00e9l\u00e9ments de 2,40 m de long chacun pour un poids unitaire de 2,3 tonnes.
