Haute de 80 m, la tour accueillera 18 \u00e9tages de bureaux, d&rsquo;appartements et un h\u00f4tel.<\/p>\n<p>La structure de la tour est compos\u00e9e de lamell\u00e9-coll\u00e9, de CLT ainsi que de Kerto LVL d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Mets\u00e4 Wood. La capacit\u00e9 porteuse sera garantie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de panneaux en bois \u00e0 plis crois\u00e9s Kerto-Q LVL pour les planchers entre les \u00e9tages. L&rsquo;utilisation du bois permet aux ouvriers de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais de construction d&rsquo;environ 35 \u00e0 40%.
