Le Sch\u00e9ma r\u00e9gional de l\u2019habitat et de l\u2019h\u00e9bergement (SRHH) pr\u00e9voit un plan de construction de 420 000 logements sur six ans, de 2018 \u00e0 2023, pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins dans le contexte d&rsquo;un march\u00e9 francilien particuli\u00e8rement tendu. Par ailleurs, les membres du CRHH ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consult\u00e9s sur la liste des communes carenc\u00e9es en \u00cele-de-France au titre de la loi Solidarit\u00e9 et renouvellement urbain (SRU), \u00e0 la suite des observations de la commission nationale SRU. Michel Cadot a propos\u00e9 la r\u00e9\u00e9valuation du niveau de majoration pour cinq communes (Le Perreux-sur-Marne, Noiseau, Ormesson, P\u00e9rigny-sur-Yerres, Villeparisis) et l\u2019ajout de deux communes \u00e0 la liste des communes carenc\u00e9es (La Celle-Saint-Cloud et Jouy-en-Josas). Ce comit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion pour le pr\u00e9fet de R\u00e9gion de rappeler la d\u00e9marche de r\u00e9flexion prospective qu\u2019il a entam\u00e9e avec les \u00e9lus dans le cadre des Ateliers des territoires pour le logement et l&rsquo;h\u00e9bergement qui se d\u00e9rouleront jusqu\u2019au mois de mars 2018 et qui s\u2019inscrit en coh\u00e9rence avec la d\u00e9marche globale
