Le dispositif cr\u00e9e un double effet d\u2019aubaine en accordant 30% de CITE \u00e0 toutes les commandes pass\u00e9es avant le 1er janvier 2018, puis 15% \u00e0 toutes celles pass\u00e9es avant le 30 juin 2018 sans en modifier le champ. Le P\u00f4le Fen\u00eatre FFB d\u00e9nonce l\u2019adoption d\u2019un dispositif incoh\u00e9rent, co\u00fbteux pour les finances publiques, d\u00e9vastateur pour les entreprises et \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de la transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. L\u2019arr\u00eat du CITE au 30 juin 2018 n\u00e9glige totalement les efforts des 32 000 installateurs de fen\u00eatres, portes et volets certifi\u00e9s RGE. Il supprime les crit\u00e8res de performances associ\u00e9s au CITE et ouvre le march\u00e9 aux produits les moins performants. La fili\u00e8re s\u2019interroge sur l\u2019acharnement incompr\u00e9hensible des pouvoirs publics \u00e0 son encontre (52 000 entreprises et 180 000 salari\u00e9s) dont le march\u00e9 est centr\u00e9 sur la r\u00e9novation et qui innove, embauche et investit.
