Il occupe ensuite diff\u00e9rentes fonctions dans les activit\u00e9s granulats et b\u00e9tons en France avant d\u2019\u00eatre nomm\u00e9 directeur de l\u2019agence b\u00e9tons Provence en 1996. En 1998, Jean-Marc Golberg prend la direction de l\u2019agence b\u00e9tons Bretagne. En 2003, il devient directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Lafarge granulats Ouest, puis rejoint en janvier 2009, le centre de recherche mondial du groupe Lafarge \u00e0 l\u2019Isle d\u2019Abeau (Is\u00e8re) en tant que directeur recherche &amp; d\u00e9veloppement b\u00e9tons et granulats. En septembre 2013, Jean-Marc Golberg est nomm\u00e9 directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral b\u00e9ton pour la France.
