L\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du toit v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9 devait \u00eatre refaite afin d\u2019assurer la parfaite protection sanitaire des 240 000 m3 d\u2019eau potable contenus dans 4 compartiments. C\u2019est dans ce contexte qu\u2019est n\u00e9e l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019y installer une centrale photovolta\u00efque \u00e0 l\u2019occasion des travaux. Avec 20 000 m2 de toiture disponibles, une surface exceptionnelle en Ile-de-France, et environ 1 780 heures d\u2019ensoleillement par an, le r\u00e9servoir de L\u2019Ha\u00ff-les-Roses \u00e9tait en effet tout \u00e0 fait adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 ce type d\u2019installation. Avec ce projet, Eau de Paris a \u00e9t\u00e9 laur\u00e9at de l\u2019appel d\u2019offres lanc\u00e9 en novembre 2014 par la CRE. Pour la r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cet appel d\u2019offres, Eau de Paris \u00e9tait accompagn\u00e9e par un assistant \u00e0 ma\u00eetrise d\u2019ouvrage, le bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes Artelia.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le projet en chiffres :<\/strong><br \/>\n11 800 m2 de panneaux solaires photovolta\u00efques, soit la surface de plus de 9 piscines olympiques<br \/>\n6578 panneaux REC 285 TP, d\u2019une puissance unitaire de 285 Wc et d\u2019un bilan carbone de 442 kgCO2\/kWc<br \/>\n1600 MWh\/an directement r\u00e9inject\u00e9s dans le r\u00e9seau local, soit la consommation \u00e9lectrique annuelle de 500 foyers (hors chauffage et eau chaude sanitaire) d\u00e8s 2018<br \/>\n2,5 millions d\u2019euros pour la r\u00e9fection de l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la toiture du r\u00e9servoir, avec une subvention de l\u2019Agence de l\u2019Eau Seine-Normandie \u00e0 hauteur de 50 %.<br \/>\n2,5 millions d\u2019euros pour la pose des panneaux photovolta\u00efques.
