Conjuguant innovation num\u00e9rique, transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et approche financi\u00e8re, ces applications sont accessibles en ligne.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le premier, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/ecorenover.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ecorenover.org<\/a><\/strong> permet d\u2019avoir une approche financi\u00e8re d\u2019un projet de r\u00e9novation globale et performante en calculant le gain r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au bout de 20 ans (confort, \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie, valeur verte) tout en int\u00e9grant l\u2019effort \u00e0 effectuer en tr\u00e9sorerie au cours des premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Il permet \u00e9galement de visualiser l\u2019impact des diff\u00e9rents leviers, comme les aides financi\u00e8res, le montant du pr\u00eat, sa dur\u00e9e\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Le second, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/thermix.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Thermix.org<\/a><\/strong>, permet de comparer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 4 syst\u00e8mes de chauffage et de production d\u2019eau chaude sanitaire dans le but de mettre en perspective l\u2019investissement dans une solution d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable, en prenant en compte la taxe carbone, l\u2019augmentation du prix des diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9nergies, fossiles et renouvelables, et l\u2019impact environnemental des solutions \u00e9tudi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Ces deux outils sont en libre acc\u00e8s sur internet. Leur utilisation permet de prendre en compte, dans la construction d\u2019un projet, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments financiers tels que l\u2019approche en co\u00fbt global et l\u2019\u00e9volution de la tr\u00e9sorerie \u00e0 court, moyen et long terme.
