Avec une vue imprenable sur les anciennes pistes a\u00e9riennes de Montaudran et le futur mus\u00e9e de l\u2019A\u00e9ropostale, en face de l\u2019Institut Cl\u00e9ment Ader et \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 des anciennes halles Lat\u00e9co\u00e8re, le B612 s\u2019\u00e9rige comme le point n\u00e9vralgique du projet Toulouse Aerospace men\u00e9 par OPPIDEA. Le B612 a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour accueillir plusieurs entreprises, p\u00f4les de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9, instituts et laboratoires, p\u00e9pini\u00e8re entreprise, start\u2019ups et PME innovantes. Il poss\u00e8de une surface de 24 000 m2 dont 4 000 m2 de bureaux d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019IRT Saint Exup\u00e9ry : 250 collaborateurs de l\u2019institut vont travailler au sein de ce b\u00e2timent. Enti\u00e8rement pens\u00e9 pour h\u00e9berger les activit\u00e9s de recherche technologique de l\u2019Institut, le B612 va abriter 9 plateformes technologiques, d\u2019une superficie de 7 000 m2, sur deux niveaux avec des installations innovantes en termes d\u2019alimentation \u00e9lectrique et d\u2019exigences de renouvellement d\u2019air (8 \u00e0 10 fois le volume d\u2019air pour certaines salles). Les plateformes d\u00eetes lourdes, qui concernent notamment les activit\u00e9s de fabrication additive m\u00e9tallique, seront localis\u00e9es au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e et les plateformes technologiques d\u00e9di\u00e9es au domaine de \u00ab l\u2019a\u00e9ronef plus \u00e9lectrique \u00bb et les syst\u00e8mes embarqu\u00e9s se situeront au niveau 2 du b\u00e2timent. La totalit\u00e9 des moyens seront op\u00e9rationnels en octobre 2018.<\/p>\n
