Au c\u0153ur du nouveau quartier d\u2019affaires d\u2019Eurom\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, cette superstructure en b\u00e9ton et acier culminera \u00e0 135 m de haut. Elle abritera, sur 30 \u00e9tages, des bureaux, des locaux techniques en R+1, un restaurant interentreprises et une cr\u00e8che en R+2 et R+3. Un d\u00e9fi majeur pour cette tour, dont les travaux ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 fin 2014, pour \u00eatre livr\u00e9e au cours de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2018. Avec une superficie de 40 000 m2 de plancher et une emprise au sol de 1 400 m2, la fa\u00e7ade, qui constitue l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment fort de l\u2019identit\u00e9 architecturale du b\u00e2timent, est compos\u00e9e d\u2019une charpente m\u00e9tallique et de fa\u00e7ades vitr\u00e9es, recouvertes de 3 500 brise-soleil multicolores. L\u2019immeuble est soutenu par 83 pieux de 33 m de profondeur fich\u00e9s dans la roche, et comporte un noyau central en b\u00e9ton ; il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au moyen d\u2019un coffrage autogrimpant. Fabriqu\u00e9 sur mesure par l\u2019unit\u00e9 de production CEMEX du port de la Joliette, ce b\u00e9ton se caract\u00e9rise par une formulation particuli\u00e8re qui lui conf\u00e8re des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s exceptionnelles : une r\u00e9sistance accrue pour reprendre la charge du grimpant et hisser l\u2019outil d\u2019un niveau par 24h, une rh\u00e9ologie permettant de le r\u00e9activer par vibreur dans un d\u00e9lai de 2h, mariant les couches au fur et \u00e0 mesure du coulage, une pompabilit\u00e9 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 140 m de haut et un faible taux carbone pour limiter l\u2019impact environnemental du chantier.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La nouvelle tour de bureaux La Marseillaise, b\u00e2timent embl\u00e9matique de la future skyline de Marseille a \u00e9t\u00e9 dessin\u00e9 par Jean Nouvel, port\u00e9 par Constructa Urban Systems et en cours de r\u00e9alisation par Vinci Construction France.
