L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2017 a confirm\u00e9 la dynamique de la fili\u00e8re biom\u00e9thane avec la mise en service de 18 nouveaux sites en France. Les quantit\u00e9s de biom\u00e9thane inject\u00e9es dans les r\u00e9seaux fran\u00e7ais ont quasiment doubl\u00e9 entre 2017 et 2016, atteignant 406 millions de kWh (406 GWh), soit l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de la consommation de pr\u00e8s de 34 000 logements. La capacit\u00e9 maximale annuelle d\u2019injection de l\u2019ensemble des sites de production repr\u00e9sente 682 GWh fin 2017, contre 410 GWh fin 2016.
