Il a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un lieu d\u2019accueil pour tous, il s\u2019ouvre aujourd\u2019hui sur la ville avec ses 8 points d\u2019entr\u00e9e dont 7 ouverts au public afin de permettre \u00e0 chacun de traverser le site, de fl\u00e2ner \u00e0 loisir en profitant des 8 000 m2 de cours, jardins et galeries d\u00e9sormais accessibles. Outre une r\u00e9novation visant \u00e0 faire recouvrer aux b\u00e2tis et ext\u00e9rieurs toute leur majest\u00e9, ce site historique majeur est devenu un nouveau quartier \u00e0 vivre au c\u0153ur de la Presqu\u2019\u00eele de Lyon. Le projet port\u00e9 par Eiffage s\u2019est inscrit dans une continuit\u00e9 architecturale tout en saisissant la complexit\u00e9 du site. Fid\u00e8le \u00e0 l\u2019histoire, l\u2019ensemble des rez-de-chauss\u00e9e est d\u00e9volu aux commerces comme les recteurs l\u2019avaient impos\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019architecte Soufflot au XVIII\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. Une offre tertiaire est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e au nouvel ensemble et des boutiques d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipement de la maison, de la personne et des services ont ouvert leurs portes. L\u00e9g\u00e8re et transparente, cette structure permet de cr\u00e9er un p\u00f4le de vie, une cour couverte avec une atmosph\u00e8re temp\u00e9r\u00e9e en \u00e9t\u00e9 et confortable avec un manteau en hiver. Cette verri\u00e8re repose sur six poteaux de cinquante centim\u00e8tres de diam\u00e8tre. La structure est constitu\u00e9e de poutres en m\u00e9tal \u00e0 inertie variable, dont l\u2019\u00e9paisseur varie en fonction des charges support\u00e9es. Cette technique permet un rendu le plus fin possible. Un vitrage s\u00e9rigraphi\u00e9 limite la chaleur. La verri\u00e8re est d\u00e9coll\u00e9e de 40 centim\u00e8tres de la fa\u00e7ade, pour laisser circuler l\u2019air ; cette ventilation naturelle est accentu\u00e9e par les trois ouvertures de la cour. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments m\u00e9talliques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9-fabriqu\u00e9s en atelier, puis assembl\u00e9s sur site. La pose des 400 verres a dur\u00e9 deux semaines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>40 000 m2 de fa\u00e7ades r\u00e9nov\u00e9es<\/strong><br \/>\nLa pierre a \u00e9t\u00e9 gomm\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00ab archifine \u00bb. Les pierres endommag\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9par\u00e9es ou chang\u00e9es, les fissures rebouch\u00e9es. Elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 ensuite enduites \u00ab d\u2019eau forte \u00bb<br \/>\npour uniformiser la couleur de la fa\u00e7ade, tout en laissant deviner la pierre. La phase de restauration des pierres a \u00e9t\u00e9 la plus complexe. Les deux vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de pierre utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine : la pierre de Saint-Cyr-au-Mont-d\u2019Or et celle de Couzon ne sont plus extraites, il a fallu trouver des pierres se rapprochant le plus de l\u2019existant, selon trois crit\u00e8res : le grain, la r\u00e9sistance et la couleur. Didier Repellin, architecte en chef des monuments historiques, a s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 les pierres de remplacement. Elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 taill\u00e9es en atelier ou sur site selon le volume, les moulures recr\u00e9\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019identique et vieillies.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-99029\" src=\"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Interieur-du-Grand-dome-vue-d-en-haut-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Interieur-du-Grand-dome-vue-d-en-haut-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Interieur-du-Grand-dome-vue-d-en-haut-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Interieur-du-Grand-dome-vue-d-en-haut-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Interieur-du-Grand-dome-vue-d-en-haut-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Interieur-du-Grand-dome-vue-d-en-haut-600x400.jpg 600w, https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Interieur-du-Grand-dome-vue-d-en-haut-1080x720.jpg 1080w, https:\/\/batijournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Interieur-du-Grand-dome-vue-d-en-haut.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Plus de 11 500 m2 de planchers bois conserv\u00e9s et r\u00e9par\u00e9s<\/strong><br \/>\nLes travaux de curage ont permis de red\u00e9couvrir les planchers bois pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment cach\u00e9s au-dessus des faux-plafonds et de constater leur \u00e9tat de conservation. Les interventions sur les planchers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 guid\u00e9es par des consid\u00e9rations esth\u00e9tiques, pour mettre en valeur les plafonds \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise ou pour des raisons structurelles. Les \u00e9quipes ont d\u00e9pos\u00e9 les anciens renforts m\u00e9talliques rapport\u00e9s sur ces planchers bois, remplac\u00e9 ou reconstitu\u00e9 les planches ou solives d\u00e9grad\u00e9es, manquantes ou remani\u00e9es par le pass\u00e9. Pour le structurel, les travaux ont rel\u00e8v\u00e9 du renforcement.
