Pour ce projet z\u00e9ro \u00e9nergie, il \u00e9tait impos\u00e9 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un enduit de couleur claire du fait que la parcelle \u00e9tait soumise \u00e0 la servitude du Parc Naturel R\u00e9gional de Grande Bri\u00e8re. L\u2019enduit sur ossature bois posait des probl\u00e8mes de mise en oeuvre d\u00e9licate et de surco\u00fbt important. L\u2019agence KAIZEN ARCHITECTURE a donc \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les solutions ma\u00e7onn\u00e9es : l\u2019ITE, l\u2019ITI et le monomur. L\u2019ITI \u00e9tant d\u2019embl\u00e9e \u00e9cart\u00e9e et l\u2019ITE repr\u00e9sentait \u00e0 la fois un surco\u00fbt important et imposait de travailler avec une isolation rapport\u00e9e en polystyr\u00e8ne ; restait alors la solution monomur. Plus simple \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre, la construction selon le principe du monomur ne n\u00e9cessite pas de pose d\u2019isolants, un travail d\u00e9licat et co\u00fbteux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Le choix s\u2019est port\u00e9 sur le b\u00e9ton cellulaire car les r\u00e9sistances thermiques de parois que l\u2019on r\u00e9ussissait \u00e0 atteindre \u00e9taient compatibles avec nos objectifs, ce qui n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le cas pour la brique. Il aurait fallu la doubler d\u2019un isolant ou partir sur un complexe hybride avec isolant incorpor\u00e9 en \u00e2me, bien plus cher. Sans parler des probl\u00e9matiques de saign\u00e9es pour le passage des r\u00e9seaux, plus compliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 traiter avec la brique sur les questions de l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air et du confort phonique.<\/em>\u00a0<em>Ce qui nous int\u00e9ressait dans la pose en monomur c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019inertie du b\u00e9ton cellulaire, dont on garde les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices c\u00f4t\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur, les performances thermiques et le confort d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air. Si le b\u00e9ton cellulaire est un peu plus cher, le surco\u00fbt est en partie absorb\u00e9 par l\u2019absence de doublage isolant \u00e0 poser. De plus, la facilit\u00e9 de mise en oeuvre et le rapport \u00e9paisseur totale de paroi \/ r\u00e9sistance thermique de la paroi nous a \u00e9galement convaincu. Dot\u00e9 d\u2019une valeur d\u2019isolation de 0,09 W\/mK, ce bloc assure non seulement une excellente isolation thermique du mur (R = 5,73 m2\/k\/W), mais \u00e9galement un tr\u00e8s bon confort d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 (gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son inertie thermique), et une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air optimale.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de respecter les volum\u00e9tries traditionnelles et caract\u00e9ristiques des chaumi\u00e8res bri\u00e9ronnes, le projet de cette maison pr\u00e9sente une volum\u00e9trie volontairement sobre. Elle se compose d\u2019un b\u00e2timent principal affect\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019habitation et d\u2019un volume adjacent secondaire trait\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019image des \u00ab annexes d\u2019autrefois \u00bb.
