Cette solution technique d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Isover et Placo, appel\u00e9e Fa\u00e7ade F4, se compose d\u2019un lot ext\u00e9rieur (avec 120 mm d\u2019isolant\u00a0; R = 3,40) et d\u2019un lot int\u00e9rieur (avec 85 mm de laine en rouleau GR 32\u00a0; R = 2,65) int\u00e9grant un syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air et \u00e0 l\u2019eau. Le tout \u00e9tant associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une ossature m\u00e9tallique solidaris\u00e9e \u00e0 la structure b\u00e9ton existante. \u00c0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur, l\u2019association de deux plaques de pl\u00e2tre BA13 (Placoflam) viss\u00e9es parent le complexe. Avantages\u00a0: isolation en continue dans l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de la paroi, r\u00e9ponse aux objectifs Plan Climat \u00c9nergie Parisien et \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique d\u2019acheminement de mat\u00e9riaux dans un espace restreint en ville (acc\u00e8s unique par un petit porche)<\/span><span class=\"s3\">. <\/span><span class=\"s1\">Cette solution a \u00e9galement permis d\u2019augmenter la profondeur du b\u00e2timent, donc la surface des logements, car mise en \u0153uvre au droit des nez de dalles.
