Les techniques courantes sont les techniques pour lesquelles les constructeurs sont assur\u00e9s. S&rsquo;ils mettent en \u0153uvre une technique non courante, ils peuvent, en cas de sinistre, avoir un gros souci en terme d&rsquo;assurabilit\u00e9. Le programme Rage comporte tout un aspect mise en conformit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents vis-\u00e0-vis des nouvelles r\u00e9glementations \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques avec la RT 2012 notamment. Ce programme devait acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise en conformit\u00e9 des textes existants. La Commission Pr\u00e9vention Produits est pilot\u00e9e par l&rsquo;Agence Qualit\u00e9 Construction. Il y a des r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels qui permettent d&rsquo;accompagner l&rsquo;innovation pour ne pas mettre en \u0153uvre des techniques non \u00e9prouv\u00e9es. FCBA accompagne l&rsquo;innovation \u00e0 travers des moyens d&rsquo;essai, d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie pour permettre aux porteurs d&rsquo;innovation de caract\u00e9riser leurs produits.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rodolphe Maufront : <em>\u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;Union des m\u00e9tiers du bois rassemble toutes les entreprises de charpente, menuiserie, construction bois qui adh\u00e8rent \u00e0 la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration fran\u00e7aise du b\u00e2timent, soit 8 000 entreprises. Nous avons trois commissions techniques, une construction bois\/charpente, une commission menuiseries ext\u00e9rieures\/enveloppe et une menuiseries int\u00e9rieures\/agencement. Les techniques courantes comprennent les techniques traditionnelles et les techniques innovantes valid\u00e9es.
