A l\u2019occasion de la visite du plus important centre commercial raccord\u00e9 \u00e0 une installation g\u00e9othermique, A\u00e9roville, aux portes de l\u2019a\u00e9roport de Roissy-en-France, qui a choisi cette \u00e9nergie renouvelable pour rafra\u00eechir et chauffer l\u2019ensemble de ses boutiques, le Syndicat des \u00e9nergies renouvelables, en pr\u00e9sence de son Pr\u00e9sident, Jean-Louis BAL, et de la Pr\u00e9sidente de sa Commission g\u00e9othermie, Mich\u00e8le CYNA, et avec la participation du groupe Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield et d\u2019Antea Group, a fait le point sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de cette technologie ainsi que sur les derni\u00e8res avanc\u00e9es r\u00e9glementaires.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le froid renouvelable permet d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019utilisation de climatiseurs fortement consommateurs d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 dans le tertiaire et l\u2019habitat. En France, 6 % de la consommation totale d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 est utilis\u00e9 pour la climatisation1, soit 30 TWh. La g\u00e9othermie, \u00e9nergie renouvelable locale, permanente et totalement d\u00e9carbon\u00e9e, qui produit \u00e0 la fois de la chaleur, du froid et du frais par geocooling, est \u00e0 m\u00eame de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la hausse de la demande continue en rafra\u00eechissement. L\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 16 ao\u00fbt 2017, relatif \u00e0 l\u2019agr\u00e9ment des modalit\u00e9s de prise en compte du g\u00e9ocooling \u2013 production de frais – dans la r\u00e8glementation thermique (RT 2012) et notamment son titre V, demand\u00e9 par l\u2019AFPG (association fran\u00e7aise des professionnels de la g\u00e9othermie) avec l\u2019appui du SER, d\u00e9finit les modalit\u00e9s de prise en compte du g\u00e9ocooling dans la r\u00e8glementation thermique et facilitera donc l\u2019utilisation de cette technique peu couteuse de froid renouvelable.<\/p>\n

Pour donner l\u2019\u00e9lan n\u00e9cessaire au d\u00e9veloppement de la g\u00e9othermie et donc du froid renouvelable, les professionnels, regroup\u00e9s au sein du SER, demandent :
\n– que dans le cadre de l\u2019\u00e9volution du CITE2 en 2019, une prime \u00e0 l\u2019investissement major\u00e9e soit octroy\u00e9e pour l\u2019installation de pompes \u00e0 chaleur (PAC) g\u00e9othermiques ;
\n– que soit men\u00e9e une campagne nationale d\u2019exploration des aquif\u00e8res profonds peu connus ;
\n– qu\u2019un animateur sp\u00e9cialiste de la g\u00e9othermie soit d\u00e9sign\u00e9 dans chaque R\u00e9gion ;
\n– que l\u2019enveloppe allou\u00e9e au Fonds chaleur de l\u2019ADEME soit doubl\u00e9e ;
\n– que le froid renouvelable soit pris en compte dans les objectifs europ\u00e9ens, nationaux, dans le Code Minier et qu\u2019il b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie du Fonds Chaleur de l\u2019ADEME qui ne le prend actuellement en compte qu\u2019\u00e0 travers des appels \u00e0 projets sp\u00e9cifiques. Cela permettra notamment de d\u00e9velopper des r\u00e9seaux de froid g\u00e9othermiques ;
\n– qu\u2019une part obligatoire d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable soit instaur\u00e9e dans la R\u00e9glementation Thermique des b\u00e2timents neufs dans le secteur collectif\/tertiaire, comme c\u2019est le cas dans l\u2019habitat individuel ;
\n– que la nouvelle R\u00e9glementation Thermique d\u00e9passe les performances de la RT2012. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un imp\u00e9ratif pour le d\u00e9veloppement des fili\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9nergies renouvelables et, en particulier, pour la fili\u00e8re des PAC.<\/p>\n
